Depending on the particular circumstances, Petboost may collect and hold a range of different information about you. This can include your name, date of birth, contact details (including address, email address, phone number or mobile telephone number), occupation, username or password and information about how you use Petboost's Deliverables.

Petboost may sometimes need to collect additional information as part of a user authentication process, such as when you want to speak to one of our customer service personnel who need to access your Membership.

Petboost may collect your information online in your capacity as a Member. If you choose not to provide certain information about you, Petboost may not be able to allow you to use the Site.

Petboost may store your information in electronic format, in Petboost's storage facilities which may be owned and operated by Petboost's service providers.   • to provide the Site to Members, to provide Members with information about the Site, to assist Members with enquiries, to enhance Members' experience of the Site

  • to facilitate payment for Deliverables Fees (including refunds and adjustments) and for Site Fees
  • to gain an understanding of Members' needs for the Deliverables or Supplier's ability to provide the Deliverables, to improve or develop Supplier's Deliverables, or to conduct Customer analytics, behavioural analytics, Customer segmentation, pet industry analysis and user experience research.
  • to monitor Site use, quality and performance, and to operate, maintain, develop, test and upgrade Petboost's systems and infrastructure
  • to verify Members' identity or to conduct appropriate checks for fraud
  • as required or authorised by law or any industry code or industry standard.

Petboost may also use your information so that we, our related entities and other business or commercial partners can promote and market products, Deliverables and special offers that we think will be of interest to you. Petboost may also use your information.

We may disclose your information to third parties who provide Deliverables to us, including organisations and contractors that assist us with the purposes for which we use your information. These Deliverables include:

  • support Deliverables
  • information technology and network Deliverables
  • market research and marketing Deliverables

Business operators can manage their participation in these integrations through their Petboost account settings.

Data Storage and Security

The cloud service where we store your information may be based outside Australia.

Access and Corrections

If you wish to access any of your personal information that we hold or would like to correct any errors in that information, please contact us via the Help Section in your Membership or email help@petboost.com.au.

Data Deletion

You may request that Petboost delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at help@petboost.com.au. We will action your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
